Why We’re Excited to Offer Botox
At KLS Aesthetics, we’re passionate about helping you look as vibrant as you feel. Botox is one of the most trusted and time-tested ways to soften lines and refresh your appearance while keeping your natural expression intact. When done correctly, it’s not about freezing your face — it’s about restoring balance, confidence, and the way you want to feel in your skin.
What Is Botox?
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that temporarily relaxes targeted muscles of facial expression. By reducing repetitive muscle movement, it softens fine lines and wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet — creating a smoother, more rested appearance.
Botox vs. Other Neurotoxins
There are several FDA-approved neuromodulators available — including Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Daxxify. While they all work in similar ways, they differ slightly in onset, spread, and duration.
At KLS Aesthetics, we primarily use Allergan’s Botox® Cosmetic because of its clinical consistency, safety profile, and predictable results. It’s the original and most extensively studied neuromodulator in the world, and our team has advanced training in Allergan’s injection techniques to deliver the most natural, balanced outcomes.
Why We Partner with Allergan
At KLS Aesthetics, we proudly partner with Allergan Aesthetics, the original developer of Botox® Cosmetic and the trusted name behind the Juvéderm® collection of fillers.
By offering Allergan’s full portfolio — including Botox and every Juvéderm filler — our team has access to exclusive advanced training programs, ongoing clinical education, and direct support from the global leader in facial aesthetics.
This partnership ensures that our clients benefit from the most researched, scientifically backed, and FDA-approved products available, supported by decades of innovation and safety. When you choose KLS, you’re choosing the highest level of care in the aesthetics industry.
What Can Botox Be Used For?
Botox is best known for relaxing the muscles of facial expression that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.
But at KLS Aesthetics, we use Botox in many advanced and innovative ways to enhance confidence and well-being.
In addition to softening fine lines, Botox can be used for:
- Gummy Smile Correction – Softens the upper lip pull for a balanced smile.
- Lip Flip – Gently relaxes the upper lip for a subtle, fuller pout.
- Neck Rejuvenation – Smooths platysmal bands and improves neck contours.
- “Glass Facial” Microneedling – When combined with microneedling, microdoses of Botox refine pores and brighten the complexion for a smooth, radiant finish.
- Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating) – Reduces sweating in the underarms, hands, or face by calming overactive sweat glands.
- Sexual Health Treatments – Used in our Bocox and Clitoxin protocols to improve blood flow and tissue relaxation, supporting confidence and function.
These innovative uses show how versatile Botox can be when performed by experienced medical professionals — not just for aesthetics, but for overall well-being.
How Much Should I Budget For?
The cost of Botox depends on the area being treated and your aesthetic goals. Everyone’s anatomy and muscle strength are unique, so treatment plans are personalized for optimal and balanced results.
For reference:
- Full upper-face rejuvenation (forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet): ~64 units, per Allergan’s recommended dosing.
- Full face (upper + lower): typically 80–100 units.
- Masseter treatments (for jaw clenching or facial slimming) and trapezius injections (for tension, pain, or the popular “BarbieTox” look) may require additional units depending on individual needs.
At KLS Aesthetics, Botox is $14 per unit.
We also offer a 100-unit Botox Bank for clients who want to save and plan ahead — $1,200 total ($12/unit). These units are stored for your future use, allowing you to maintain results consistently and cost-effectively throughout the year.
We’re also proud to offer Cherry Financing, which makes it easy to start your Botox journey now and pay over time — with up to three months of no-interest financing for qualifying clients. It’s a flexible, accessible way to work beauty confidently into your budget.
Who Will Be Performing My Treatment?
All Botox treatments at KLS Aesthetics are performed by licensed, experienced mid-level providers — including Certified Physician Associates (PA-Cs) and Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) — who specialize in aesthetic medicine.
Our injectors are extensively trained in facial anatomy, Allergan’s advanced techniques, and safety protocols to ensure your treatment is both artistic and medically precise.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
During your visit, you’ll receive a thorough consultation where your provider will assess your facial anatomy, review your medical history, and discuss your goals.
The treatment itself typically takes 15–30 minutes and involves a few small injections with minimal discomfort. You can expect to see visible improvement in about 5–10 days, with full results in two weeks.
We’ll guide you through the entire experience and ensure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Post-Treatment Care
Botox requires minimal downtime, but following a few simple steps helps ensure your best results:
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to treated areas for at least four hours.
- Avoid lying face-down (such as during a massage) for four hours post-treatment.
- If you experience bruising or swelling, avoid exercise, heat exposure, or bending over with your head down for 24 hours.
- Otherwise, you may resume your normal daily activities immediately.
Even with meticulous technique, bruising can occasionally occur. If you’re prone to bruising, try to schedule injections at least two weeks before important events. Arnica or Bromelain may help minimize discoloration and promote healing.
Who Should Not Get Botox
Botox may not be appropriate for individuals who are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Allergic to any ingredient in the product
- Diagnosed with certain neuromuscular disorders (such as ALS or myasthenia gravis)
Your provider will review your medical history thoroughly to ensure that Botox is both safe and effective for you.
Treatment Pairings We Love
Botox works beautifully alongside other treatments to rejuvenate and maintain healthy, radiant skin. We often pair it with:
- Microneedling for collagen stimulation and skin refinement
- Chemical Peels for tone and texture improvement
- Dermal Fillers for volume restoration and contouring
- Facials for deep hydration and glow
Your provider can create a customized plan that layers these treatments strategically for natural, long-lasting results.
