Your initial consultation is the first step in determining whether hormone replacement therapy is right for you. During your visit, we’ll review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and wellness goals, perform a focused physical assessment, and order comprehensive laboratory testing. Once your lab results are available, we’ll review your results together and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Consultation Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
This fee covers your consultation and evaluation only. If you are a candidate for treatment, hormone pellet therapy is an additional $500.

Hormone pellet therapy is a convenient, long-lasting form of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) designed to help support healthy hormone levels. Tiny bioidentical hormone pellets are placed just beneath the skin during a quick, in-office procedure, where they provide a steady, consistent release of hormones over time. Many patients appreciate avoiding the daily use of creams, gels, patches, or frequent injections.
Your treatment includes your hormone pellet insertion, personalized dosing based on your laboratory results and medical evaluation, a laboratory order for your four-week follow-up blood work, and a telehealth follow-up appointment to review your results. If adjustments are needed, your provider will discuss the next steps and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Most patients return approximately every three months to maintain consistent hormone levels and continue experiencing the benefits of therapy.
